Our client faced difficulty in tracking sales and monitoring region-wise, and brand-wise performance, across a horizontal time line as well as in tracking its market position vis-à-vis competitive brands. While the process for tracking sales existed, it was at best cumbersome, time-consuming and unsuited for the different kinds of reporting needs, business analysis and decision-making. The process, manually implemented earlier, was needed to be automated by a new web based software system. The new Competitor Mapping System helped our client to create on-demand, flexible reports for senior management.
